Well, how do we call our kitchen now? Fusion? For heaven's sake NO! Nothing with molecular cooking or decorations on the plate that Friedensreich Hundertwasser or Joan Miro are spinning in their graves. NO! We offer affordable, real and delicious dishes - Austrian and Mallorcan - and no schishi and schascha. It has to taste good. Basta!

With our new restaurant in Paguera on Mallorca, we would like to combine Austrian cuisine with Mallorcan cuisine, because one does not exclude the other. A glass of Mallorcan red wine or a café works just as well as a Jamon Serano and a Styrian red or a typical Mallorcan Herbas.

And then there are the people involved. Mallorcans, Austrians, Germans, English, Scandinavians... everyone is welcome and everyone should bring their local flavor to the table. With joy, fun, good mood and lots of sunshine in my heart.. Life has been hard enough the last few years. So let's   life be "weightless" with us. enjoy the moment With a lot of pleasure..
